compliance, we have consolidated our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Terms of
Use (EULA) below.
urChoice (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe,
secure environment for social interaction. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use,
disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. By accessing
or using urChoice, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
● Personal Data: When you register, we collect personally identifiable information such as
your name, email address, date of birth (to verify you are 18+), gender, and profile photos.
● Location Data: With your explicit permission, we collect location data to facilitate local
matching features. You may disable this at any time in your device settings.
● Usage Data: We collect information on how you interact with the app, including
connection history, time spent on the app, and interaction patterns.
● Device Information: We collect technical data including your IP address, device ID,
operating system, and network information.
● User Content: We process the content you generate, such as video streams, chat
messages, and images, to facilitate communication and for moderation purposes.
We use your data to:
● Facilitate core app functions like video matching and chatting.
● Verify identity and age to strictly prevent minor access.
● Monitor and moderate content to maintain user safety and prevent abuse.
● Analyze usage trends to improve app performance.
● Comply with legal obligations and law enforcement requests.
urChoice does not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
● Service Providers: Trusted third parties who assist with hosting, data analysis, and
customer support.
● Legal Authorities: We will disclose information if required by law, court order, or to
protect the safety of our users.
● Safety Reporting: As detailed in Section 5, we are legally and ethically bound to report
specific illegal activities to relevant authorities.
urChoice operates under a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material
(CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
● Prohibited Content: The upload, sharing, transmission, or solicitation of content
depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
● Detection: We utilize advanced moderation tools and human review to actively detect
potential CSAM.
● Mandatory Reporting: If we identify any instance of CSAM or exploitation on our
platform, we will:
1. Immediately and permanently ban the offending user.
2. Preserve all relevant user data and content as evidence.
3. File a report with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
(NCMEC) via their CyberTipline.
4. Cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies to prosecute offenders.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure server
protocols, to protect your data. While we strive to protect your personal information, no
mobile service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
● Access & Updates: You have the right to access and update your personal information in
your profile settings.
● Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time
directly within the application. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account to initiate
this process. This action is irreversible.
● Data Retention: Upon deletion, your data is removed from our active databases.
However, we may retain certain data (such as IP addresses or transaction history) if
required by law or to enforce our bans on abusive users.
urChoice is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we discover a user is under 18, we will immediately delete their account and data, unless
retention is necessary for reporting illegal activity to law enforcement.

urChoice is dedicated to building a respectful and safe community. These guidelines define
acceptable behavior on our platform. Violation of these rules may result in content removal,
account suspension, or a permanent ban.
The safety of minors is our absolute priority.
● CSAM & Exploitation: We have Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Any user found sharing, promoting, or soliciting such material will be reported to NCMEC
and banned immediately.
● Grooming: Any attempt to solicit or inappropriately interact with a minor is strictly
forbidden.
You may not post, stream, or share:
● Nudity & Sexual Acts: Sexually explicit content, pornography, or acts of sexual violence.
● Violence & Gore: Graphic content depicting physical harm, torture, or extreme violence.
● Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, religion,
gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
● Illegal Activities: Promotion of drugs, weapons, or other illegal acts.
● Harassment: Bullying, stalking, or doxxing (sharing others’ private info).
● Be Respectful: Treat others with dignity. Harassment is not tolerated.
● Be Authentic: Do not impersonate others or create fake profiles.
● No Spam: Do not use the platform for unauthorized advertising or scams.
● Moderation: We use automated systems and human moderators to review content 24/7.
● Reporting Tools: Users must report violations using the in-app “Report” button. We
review all reports promptly.
● Consequences: Violations will result in immediate action, ranging from warnings to
permanent bans and law enforcement escalation.
By using urChoice, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Community
Guidelines.
By downloading, installing, or using the urChoice mobile application, you agree to be bound
by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User
License Agreement (EULA).
urChoice grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to
download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this application. By using urChoice, you represent
and warrant that you are 18 or older.
You retain your rights to any content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant
urChoice a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in
connection with the service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary
rights to share your content.
To ensure a safe community, urChoice strictly forbids objectionable content. By using the app,
you agree to the following:
● No Tolerance: There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
● Content Filtering: urChoice employs automated and manual filtering to restrict access
to objectionable material.
● Reporting: Users can flag and report objectionable content and users. We act on these
reports within 24 hours.
● Blocking: Users can block abusive users from contacting them.
● Termination: urChoice reserves the right to immediately terminate the account of any
user found violating these terms.
Virtual Goods: The app may allow you to acquire virtual items (e.g., coins, gifts). These
items have no monetary value outside the app and cannot be exchanged for cash.
● No Refunds: All purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except as
required by applicable law.
● License: You are granted a limited, revocable license to use these virtual items within the app.
urChoice may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any
reason, including breach of these Terms.
The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. urChoice explicitly disclaims
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your work has been copied
in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at [email protected]
